Course description

This professional training course focuses on the role of cyberspace in international relations and security. It examines how cyber operations affect state behaviour, international stability and cooperation, and how legal and political frameworks respond to these developments 
Particular attention is given to the role of international and regional organizations—such as the United Nations, the European Union and NATO—in shaping norms, policies and responses in cyberspace, as well as to information-related activities in the digital domain. 

The course is suitable for participants seeking to enhance their legal and analytical understanding of cyber-related challenges in public, academic and professional contexts.

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
