This engaging session will focus on the critical topic of ESG Reporting Requirements from the Perspective of Professional Accountants, as explored within the framework of a CIMA research grant proposal.

During this workshop, we will discuss several important questions, including:

• Are Estonian companies prepared for the new ESG reporting requirements?
• What are the primary concerns and potential benefits associated with these new requirements?
• Do relevant stakeholders identify any barriers to implementing the new ESG reporting standards?
• What type of assistance do companies need to establish effective ESG reporting practices that align with the new regulations?
