TalTech conference centre organizes and offers comprehensive support in organizing conferences and major international events. Having extensive information about conference venues outside the building, the centre also organizes conferences outside the university campus. We also partner up with university researchers in importing and conducting professional scientific conferences.
Organize a virtual conference in Mektory studio
Virtual conferences can be organized in the Mektory conference hall. The studio has a stage, lectern, furniture, stage decorations and a waiting room for presenters.
The presenters are supplied with a 40m video screen background and provided with professional lighting and audio solutions. The organizing team will help you set up the Worksup web conferencing environment, which allows asking questions from the presenters and polling the attendees.

The services of the conference centre are intended for the university units as well as for institutions, enterprises and organisations from outside the university.
The conference centre organizes major international events and offers researchers at the university comprehensive support in importing and conducting professional scientific conferences. Having extensive information about conference venues outside the building, the centre also organizes conferences outside the university campus.
The price for the services is established in the course of negotiations based on the customer's needs and wishes. The price of project management is based on the hourly rate.
