The Department of Business Administration deals with topical and relevant aspects of businesses – covering sustainable business development, knowledge and innovation management, risk management, strategic management, marketing, operations management, supply chain management, accounting, human resources management, performance management, digitalization, international business, and entrepreneurship - in its research and teaching activities. 

We offer an internationally competitive business education at all levels of higher education that is based on the latest knowledge and conduct research that is published in highly ranked international peer-reviewed journals.  The activities are aimed at addressing the needs of the Estonian state and society as well as Europe as a whole.We have an internationally experienced team of staff, a diverse body of students, and access to an interdisciplinary national and international network.

We have five thematic units that do R&D and conduct studies in their respective fields.
