The grand folk dance gala concert "90 Rounds: Nine Decades from the First Dance Celebration" invites you to join and cheer the Folk Dance Ensmble Kuljus!
In 2024, we celebrate the 90th anniversary of the first Dance Celebration. On February 17th, starting at 6:00 PM, folk dancers, including the Folk Dance Ensemble Kuljus of Tallinn University of Technology, will pay tribute to the 90-year tradition of dance festivals with the biggest folk dance concert of the century at Alexela Concert Hall.
More than 700 dancers from all over Estonia will take the stage, striving for the 2025 nationwide Dance Celebration in the best group category. The groups on stage will showcase their uniqueness, style, and dance skills. For the dancers, this is a highly responsible performance, as it is one of the rounds for the pre-selection of best groups for the 2025 Dance Celebration.
