A quantitative approach with the Data Envelopment Analysis method is applied focusing on 16 nationwide youth work organisations that are strategic partners of the Estonian Ministry of Education and Research and, which receive an annual grant from this institution. Findings show that 8 out of 16 organisations are inefficiently using their resources.
