Abstract: This study aims to assess the efficiency of youth non-profit organizations in Estonia by adopting non-parametric efficiency analysis. A quantitative approach with the Data Envelopment Analysis method is applied focusing on 16 nationwide youth work organisations that are strategic partners of the Estonian Ministry of Education and Research and, which receive an annual grant from this institution.
