March 6th – May 1st the exhibition "Comics and manga – not only for children" is open in the library’s 2nd floor reading area.
The triumph of comics began in the 1930s in the USA and they have become an important part of pop culture. Manga, which originated in Japan in the late 19th century is today popular all over the world and has inspired many anime series and films. Although comics and manga have different origins and styles, both offer exciting and engaging stories to readers.
