Tallinn University of Technology

September 4th – October 31st the exhibition "Deep Doze 1.6" is open in the library’s 2nd floor reading area.

The exhibition "Deep Doze 1.6" explores the intersection of high technology and ancient myths and displays various interpretations of stories from the earliest epochs of human culture using different image generators. The images displayed in the exhibition are the result of a partnership between a human and artificial intelligence, where the artist has used the image generator Midjourney as a tool to realize his creations.

The author of the images Valdek Laur is a multidisciplinary artist based in Estonia who intertwines 3D modelling, jewellery art, and sculpture in his work. He has published articles and given lectures on the social impact of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
