New opportunities for better citizen engagement are created as part of the technological development of smart cities. The webinar continues the previous RIS webinar in November where GreenTwins technological solutions (i.e. visualization tool Urban Tempo, co-planning application Virtual Green Planner and dynamic plant library) were presented. In this webinar, we will focus on the practice of communicative planning and the usefulness of new tools. Additionally, some new methods and concepts will be discussed, for example public participation geographic information system (PPGIS) and Tallinn CityHUB.
