With a start of a new semester, the Rector's Cup is also back. We are starting off with a competition suitable for each and every person - darts.
A simple natured darts game is accessible to practically everyone. The entire participation process takes only about 1-2 minutes, starting from registration and ending with throwing 9 darts. Therefore, it is ideal for anyone who wants to simply stretch a bit between lunch breaks or lectures.
On February 20th, it is possible to participate in the competition throughout the day from 12:00 to 18:00 in the lobby of the Mustamäe main building, at the Maritime Academy, and in all colleges of TalTech. Registration takes place on-site!
Each participant has a total of nine throws, and the goal is to achieve the highest score possible in nine throws. The maximum score is 540 points. All participants contribute activity points to their faculty, and in terms of competition points, the best result from each faculty is taken into account. Last year, Markus Lepmets, a student at the Estonian Maritime Academy, emerged as the winner with a score of 232 points.
