On September 23rd, the traditional TalTech Relay Run will take place once again – this time, for the very first time, 100% on the university campus! The start, exchange zone, and finish will all be located in front of the university’s Main Building (Ehitajate Tee 5). The starting signal will be given at 19:00. 💯
🏃 COMPETITION FORMAT 🏃
Teams of 5 members can take part in the relay. Each runner will cover approximately 3.5 km.
There are three competition categories:
Women
Men
Mixed teams (at least 1 woman required per team)

To participate, the team representative must register all team members via the Fienta system no later than September 20, 2025.
Participation is FREE for current and former members of TalTech! Teams that meet the requirements for the Student Championships can also join for free.
The entry fee for teams from outside the university is 25 €.

🏆 RECTOR'S CUP 🏆
The TalTech Relay Run 2025 is part of the Rector’s Cup competition series!
To compete in the Rector’s Cup results ranking, all team members must be from the same faculty. For the Rector’s Cup activity ranking, every TalTech member earns points for their faculty regardless of the team’s composition.

🥇 ESTONIAN STUDENT CHAMPIONSHIPS 2025 IN RELAY RUNNING 🥇
The TalTech Relay Run will also determine the Estonian Student Champions (ESC) in middle-distance relay running! The Student Championships are open to students from Estonian universities with a valid student card or other proof of student status (no age restrictions), as well as alumni who have graduated in 2025 or later.
