Tallinn University of Technology

We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming TalTech AI regular seminar, taking place on April 1st in room SOC-313.

The first part of the seminar will feature a presentation by Prof. Alar Kuusik and Prof. Olev Märtens from the Thomas Johann Seebeck Department of Electronics, titled:
"Machine learning experiences and challenges of the T. J. Seebeck Department of Electronics: from medicine to industry."

Researchers from the department will introduce a variety of ongoing projects and share insights into how AI and machine learning methodologies are being applied across domains — from healthcare and wellness to industrial use cases such as human safety and structural health monitoring.

In the second part of the seminar, we will open the floor for discussion and idea sharing. If you have a project idea, are looking for collaboration partners, need help with a current AI-related initiative, or simply want to explore new opportunities – we invite you to join the conversation. This informal networking and discussion session will take place over coffee and light snacks.

The seminar will be held in person, but the presentation will also be streamed online.

Come join us for inspiring talks, meaningful discussions, and potential collaborations!
