Description:
TalTech welcomes its new cohort of doctoral candidates to the PhD Kick-Off, a celebratory academic event marking the beginning of their doctoral journey. The event will be opened by Rector Tiit Land, followed by a speech from Vice-Rector for Research Jarek Kurnitski and a panel of PhD Programme Directors who will share practical insights for a successful PhD. Current PhD candidates and the TalTech Doctoral Students' Association (DoKo) will then share their experiences of student life. The afternoon will conclude with networking, an information fair, food and drinks.
