TalTech Sleep Week takes place on 9–13 March and encourages students to pay more attention to their sleep and recovery. During the week, several practical activities are offered, including a free sleep diary, a massage day, and a guided meditation session. The aim is to support students’ wellbeing and help them find a better balance between studies and rest. 💙

Sleep Week invites students to slow down and pay attention to how we sleep, recover and feel. Throughout the week, we offer practical opportunities to relax and encourage you to become more mindful of your sleep habits.

As part of Sleep Week, the Student Union will distribute free sleep diaries – you can pick yours up from the Main Building and the School of Business and Governance lobby.
