Department of Business Administration invites to a research seminar.

Wednesday, 18 December 2024 at 14:00-15:30 room SOC-322 / MS Teams

The seminar is in English.

This engaging session will focus on the critical topic of ESG Reporting Requirements from the Perspective of Professional Accountants, as explored within the framework of a CIMA research grant proposal.

During this workshop, we will discuss several important questions, including:

  • Are Estonian companies prepared for the new ESG reporting requirements?
  • What are the primary concerns and potential benefits associated with these new requirements?
  • Do relevant stakeholders identify any barriers to implementing the new ESG reporting standards?
  • What type of assistance do companies need to establish effective ESG reporting practices that align with the new regulations?

This is a valuable opportunity to share opinions and ideas with fellow professionals in the field. Your insights and experiences will contribute greatly to the discussion and help shape our understanding of the current landscape and future needs in ESG reporting.
