The Future Business Leaders programme will empower teams from the 9th of October to the 29th of November 2023, consisting onsite and online training sessions.
Programme is designed around the actual needs of starting businesses, consisting of the topics that emerge when you set up your business. The training programme has onsite as well as online trainings, that are held by the international experts, who have built several businesses, trained hundreds of startups and future entrepreneurs.

Experts
Anu Ruul
Innovation process trainer, business development manager @ Cleveron
Anu Ruul helps c-level managers and students understand and implement the innovation process. Creates customized lessons for its diverse audience. Anu has trained hundreds of managers from both the private and public sector and students from the world's top universities: Brown University USA (Ivy League), Rennes School of Business France, IÉSEG France. He is the co-author of The European Innovation Academy Playbook 2017. Before Anu started training ohter leadres, she was an active entrepreneur herself. Anu has 15 years of hands-on experience in production management, supply chain management and software development. Currently practicing as a Head of Business Development @ Cleveron.
Kadri Tammai
Startup mentor, business expert, angel investor
Kadri Tammai is the Head of Tehnopol Startup Incubator, one of the leading accelerators in the New Nordics, she is leading the launch of NATO DIANA dual-use accelerator in Estonia and Founding Partner of Tehnopol Ventures. Kadri has advised top leaders in the public and private sectors for over 15 years and her focus is on customer-centric innovation, value proposition creation, and agile processes. Kadri has built several vertical-oriented acceleration programs in the deep tech domain and is herself an experienced startup mentor, expert, and trainer for several startup and innovation programs. She also contributes to the next-generation startup founders by being a startup lecturer at the Tallinn University of Technology.
Kristi Jõeäär
Startup mentor, marketing expert
Kristi Jõeäär, has more than 20 years of experience in creating meaningful brands and making consumers lives better through marketing and communications. Kristi has very diverse experience – she has worked for large corporations, creative agencies, medium and small organizations. Kristi works as CMO at Tehnopol Science and Business Park, she is a startup mentor, lecturer at the Tallinn Technical University and holds regular marketing and branding trainings to the starting as well as established businesses. Kristi has a MBA degree from Tallinn Technical University.
Veiko Karu, PhD.
Mining Engineer, Mineral Value Chain Expert, ESG lead
Dr Veiko Karu is a researcher, project lead, and entrepreneurship enthusiast in the raw materials sector. His system thinking approach is valuable when building business models for a circular economy in the Raw Materials sector. Every technology needs raw materials, and to secure the supply of the raw materials, entrepreneurs need to follow responsible sourcing models and secure social license to operate. Veiko Karu is helping validate the business case and advises teams on further development programmes through various accelerator programs in Europa and the World.
