Core resource for publications in physics, mathematics, computer science, quantitative biology, quantitative finance, statistics, economics and electrical engineering and systems science. For many of these fields the majority of the articles are made freely available as preprints.

BASE 
BASE is one of the world's most voluminous search engines especially for academic web resources. BASE provides more than 200 million documents from more than 8,000 content providers. You can access the full texts of about 60% of the indexed documents for free (Open Access). BASE is operated by Bielefeld University Library.

bioRxiv
bioRxiv is a free online archive and distribution service for unpublished preprints in the life sciences. It is operated by Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, a not-for-profit research and educational institution. By posting preprints on bioRxiv, authors are able to make their findings immediately available to the scientific community and receive feedback on draft manuscripts before they are submitted to journals.

ChemRxiv
An open preprint server for chemistry, managed by ACS. A free submission, distribution and archive service for unpublished preprints in chemistry and related areas. It gives researchers across a broad range of chemistry fields the opportunity to share early results with colleagues and respond to comments and recommendations for improvement, ahead of formal peer review and publication.

ChemSpider
A free database of chemical structures and associated information. Includes structure identifiers such as SMILES, InChI, IUPAC and Index Names, as well as many physicochemical properties. CiteSeerx
CiteSeerx is an evolving scientific literature digital library and search engine that has focused primarily on the literature in computer and information science.

OAIster is a union catalog of millions of records that represent open access resources. OAIster includes more than 50 million records that represent digital resources from more than 2,000 contributors.

PubChem
An open chemistry database at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Largest free database of substance information on small molecules (with fewer than 1000 atoms and 1000 bonds) but also larger molecules such as nucleotides, carbohydrates, lipids, peptides, and chemically-modified macromolecules. Collects information on chemical structures, identifiers, chemical and physical properties, biological activities, patents, health, safety, toxicity data, and many others. Search by name or structure.

PubMed
A free full-text archive of biomedical and life sciences journal literature at the U.S. National Institutes of Health's National Library of Medicine (NIH/NLM). PMC contains more than 5 million full-text records, spanning several centuries of biomedical and life science research (late 1700s to present). PubMed comprises citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books. Citations may include links to full-text content from PubMed Central and publisher web sites.

Riigi Teataja
Official database of Estonian legal acts. Database contains the translations of Estonian legal acts into English.

SCIRP
SCIRP is an academic publisher of open access journals. It also publishes academic books and conference proceedings. SCIRP currently has more than 200 open access journals in the areas of science, technology and medicine.
