User registration
To register online a valid Estonian ID-card or Mobile-ID, PIN1 and PIN2 or Smart-ID are required.
TalTech Library is open for every reader.
To register as a TalTech library reader do it yourself via web or turn to the library.
To become a user of the library web form or a registration card with the signature of the new reader has to be filled out, indicating that the person agrees to follow the library's rules of procedure (pdf)
Library services can be used on the basis of a valid Library Card. In order to register as a library user, a valid personal identification document with a photograph is required.
In case of children under 16 years of age, a written consent (print pdf) of a parent or guardian is required.
A library card can be:

Estonian ID-card/ Residence Permit card/ digi-ID registered as a library card (Registering with an ID-card is free of charges).

Fee-based library card (Library card costs €2; replacing a lost card costs €4).
You cannot pass your library card on to other persons. You must inform library staff of the changes in your name, school, phone number, e-mail and immediately inform them if you have lost your library card.
