Walking is one of the easiest ways to keep your mind fresh and your body active. To ensure your daily physical activity, you must take at least 10,000 steps, i.e. cover 7 km. The more steps you can take each day, the stronger and healthier your body and mind will be.

Every week the two best walkers will be awarded.

At the end of the campaign - best team; Best female employee; best female student; Best male employee and best male student will be awarded.

In addition, a prize will be drawn among all participants in the challenge.

Our sponsors are sustainable Estonian companies - Elev, Chocolala, Tilk, TalTech gift shop and Centre of Climate Smart Future.
