On May 19–20, the staff training event of the Department of Energy Technology took place at Reiu Puhkekeskus. Participants completed exciting challenges and tasks in different groups to strengthen teamwork and communication, including among colleagues who do not usually interact closely in their daily work. In order for the collective to function as well as possible, the participants later analysed the strategies chosen for completing the tasks, as well as the quality of collaboration within and between the teams. 

A cultural evening was also held, to bring together a multicultural collective - the tables were filled with traditional national dishes, and participants explored interesting facts and music from the represented countries - Estonia, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Ukraine, Jordan, Latvia, Colombia, Iran, Nigeria, and China.
On the second day, the department’s general meeting and seminar took place, helping to foster deeper discussion and information exchange among the collective.
