The consortium behind the Erasmus+ project KNOWMAN is pleased to announce that the creation of an interactive educational platform for the development and deepening of knowledge management skills and competences, especially for smaller knowledge-intensive companies, has been successfully completed.

The educational platform is freely accessible to anyone interested in developing his/her knowledge in an entertaining way. The course can be started at any time and works on mobile phones as well as laptops etc. Against the background of the increasing spread of fake news and the like, everyone should have a good understanding of knowledge, the benefits but also the risks. The course provides a sound basis for developing this understanding.

“Knowledge Pills” offers:

  • concise video modules

  • downloadable PDF slides

  • quizzes for assessment, tailored to SMEs' managers, owners, and employees, based on an European-wide investigation of practices and needs.

You’ll learn how to:

  • improve your approach to knowledge management

  • tackle the common challenges faced during the implementation of knowledge management processes

  • identify potential knowledge risks and acquire effective strategies to mitigate them

Registration for the “Knowledge Pills” course is entirely FREE and flexible.
