The first annual reception of the Doctoral Program of the School of Business and Governance, TalTech, took place on September 29th. The program came together to celebrate the start of a new academic year and the achievements of our doctoral researchers.

Welcome speeches by Mari Avarmaa (Dean) and Tiina Randma-Liiv (Prodean of Research) were followed by networking and a session called “Scientist behind the science” in 3 minutes, where senior PhDs presented what characterizes them as scientists, why they do the research they do, what keeps them motivated and how they foresee their academic career in the future.
