At the conference of the Estonian Center of Excellence in ICT Research (EXCITE) Juri Belikov, the Tenured Assistant Professor at TalTech spoke about the role of ICT in energy. According to him, ICT and energy support each other more than ever and are interdependent. At the same time, it requires people to be motivated to accept the change.
