"Combining hybrid work and virtual and real management has been an ongoing challenge for the past two years," comments thesis supervisor Kristjan Jasinski. "Managers were faced with a big challenge at the beginning of the pandemic - how to keep the business going and, on the other hand, with new challenges to keep people engaged and happy.
