"Combining hybrid work and virtual and real management has been an ongoing challenge for the past two years," comments thesis supervisor Kristjan Jasinski. "Managers were faced with a big challenge at the beginning of the pandemic - how to keep the business going and, on the other hand, with new challenges to keep people engaged and happy. I'm glad that Kaie Kaas-Ojavere decided to explore this topic in more detail and that a large number of top managers in Estonia decided to talk about it in more detail, because it will help to get a better idea of the changing mindset of managers and will be an inspiring material for all managers who are about to implement or have already implemented hybrid working."
