The study programmes and admission requirements of TalTech will be introduced at the School Fair. Students can also participate in various workshops which provide them with an opportunity to experience the practical side of the study programmes.

“At TalTech, students can study the subjects of tomorrow which support the implementation of green transition. It is fairs like this that enable students to have a better idea of the content of the programmes and how they can one day contribute to a better future,” said Küllike Kullerkupp, Science and Technical School Manager at Virumaa College.

“In addition to the programmes offered at Virumaa College, the fair also provides opportunities to learn about other TalTech programmes. What makes the Study Fair even more exciting is that students can participate in practical activities that are related to the programmes,” explained Kullerkupp.

In the workshops, for example, students can make batteries using common household items, learn about the work of civil engineers, plan safe fairways according to weather conditions, create a vision for the university of tomorrow, and lots more besides.

The School Fair starts at 12:00 at Virumaa College (Järveküla tee 75, Kohtla-Järve). The day is divided into three parts: first, the fair, where students can learn about the admission requirements and learning opportunities of TalTech, and then two rounds of workshops. The day ends at 15:30.
