Linda Hollebeek, an adjunct professor in marketing at the Department of Business Administration, is the only researcher in Tallinn and the first one of social scientists from Estonia, who is among Clarivate 2020 top researchers list.
Clarivate is a global leader in providing reliable analysis and monitoring science. People in this list have shown notable influence in their field and have also published multiple papers that rank in the top 1% in the world by citations.
Hollebeek’s research is focused on consumer engagement with digital technologies, social media, and service robots. She is also interested in innovation and value creation.
Hollebeek has Ph.D. in marketing and she has been working in TalTech for 2 years. Before her academic career, she used to work as a management consultant. Her consulting assignments have included projects for Coca-Cola, Westpac Bank, and the Australian Defence Force, among others.
