From March 11th to 15th, the Student Council will organize Sleep Week in TalTech! Throughout the week, various events will take place, culminating in Pajama Day on March 14th.

March 15th is World Sleep Day, and in celebration, the Student Council has decided to organize Sleep Week for the first time at TalTech. The week will feature various events in which the university community can participate.
On March 12th, there will be a discussion circle and workshop on sleep.
The workshop will explore the functions of sleep and how it affects our well-being, learning ability, and productivity.
Participants will examine their sleep habits and discuss what works and what doesn't. Additionally, various tips will be shared during the workshop.
The workshop will be led by university psychologist Kadri Kiiskmann.

On March 13th, there will be Massage Minutes at the Student House
From 14:00 to 18:00, students from the Estonian Massage and Therapy School will be offering relaxation sessions lasting 15 minutes.

On March 14th, for the first time at the university, there will be Pajama Day
Come to the university in your comfortable and fun pajamas and participate in the Pajama Day competition.
Take a picture with your friends, post it on your Instagram story, tag @juulius_tipikas, and add #sleepweekatTalTech.
The coolest picture will win a prize!
