The exhibition introduces the nature of happiness, neurochemistry and the power of positive psychology through scientific discoveries. The exhibition is open 17. June 2024 - 15. June 2025.

The Estonian Health Museum's exhibition "Heaps of happiness!?" explores what makes people happy and draws attention to issues related to well-being and mental health. It is an exhibition about noticing happiness, the goal of which is to touch everyone emotionally and to encourage communication about mental health issues with loved ones.

The exhibition also provides a number of practical tricks and tips that help you focus on the positive force within yourself, consciously change your life for the better, and achieve inner balance. The exposition also explains how we can learn to be happy thanks to the plasticity of the brain.

Exhibition consultants were psychology and brain experts, among others Anu Realo, Tiina Jögeda, Jaan Aru, Liisi Kööts-Ausmees, Andero Uusberg and psychologists Anna-Kaisa Oidermaa, Minna Sild and Merle Purre of the NGO Peaasjad. The exhibition was supported bu the Health Fund, the Cultural Endowment of Estonia and the Estonian Research Council.
