“Compared to other faculties, the School of Science has the largest share of researchers which means that the faculty has a great potential to contribute into research-intensive ventures. I wish, in cooperation with the Dean and university management, to support our faculty’s researchers because if an organization is motivating, high levels of doctoral studies, sustainable studies and the ability to contribute into innovation will follow.” 

Professor Riina Aav manages a supramolecular chemistry group, dealing with the manufacturing of new manual molecular containers as well as researching their applications.
