Linda Hollebeek focuses her research on customer/consumer and stakeholder engagement using digital technologies (including social media, online communities, and artificial intelligence), including innovation, ethics, and value creation. Hollebeek holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Auckland and has been working at TalTech since 2019. Before her academic career, she worked as a management consultant. She has advised Coca-Cola, Hewlett-Packard, Roche Diagnostics, the New Zealand Ministry of Labour and the Trade Commission, and the Australian Defence Forces.
