This year, a € 40,000 research grant was awarded to Anne Luik and Peeter Saari for their long-term effective research and development. A € 50,000 research grant for outstanding discovery was awarded to Mart Ustav.
Professor Irina Hussainova of the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering of the TalTech School of Engineering received the best research award for her cycle of works ‘Nanofibre Network as a Basis for the Industrial Applications of Multifunctional Hybrid Materials’.
