Tallinn University of Technology

TalTech and the other European technical universities in the EuroTeQ alliance have engaged in a project to uncover how technical universities can develop continuous education for engineers that better meet the needs of the market.

Tuleviku insener

An essential part of this project is to look into companies’ competence needs in the coming years.

We therefore ask for 10 minutes of your time to give us input on which skills/competences will be most important for engineers in the future.

Participate in the short survey

We are interested in knowing both hard and soft skills that you find essential for engineers to master in order to be “future proof” for working in your company or industry. Based on your input, TalTech and the other EuroTeQ universities will create new courses for professional development to ensure that engineers are equipped with the skills demanded by the market.

Deadline for responses is on 4 March.
