The City of Tallinn recognised three doctoral students and two Master's students among the recipients of the Raestipendium (Tallinn City Council Scholarship), awarding them a total of €13,000.

The scholars' topics were diverse, encompassing new solutions in areas such as the circular economy, crisis preparedness, and the social sector.
The objective of the Raestipendium is to support and acknowledge successful Master's and doctoral students whose research is pertinent to the operations of the City of Tallinn as a local authority, provides applied value to the organisation of civic life, and contributes to resolving challenges currently faced by the City of Tallinn.
