In the 2025 survey conducted by Instar and the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry on attractive employers, TalTech achieved remarkable results in two categories:

  • In the overall ranking, TalTech was rated the 4th most attractive employer among Estonian students.
  • Among students in technical disciplines, the university also placed in the top three, being considered one of the most attractive employers in Estonia.

Tea Trahov, Head of TalTech’s Human Resources Department, emphasised the importance of these results: “I am particularly pleased with the fourth place among students – we have never reached so high in this category before. This shows that the entire university has contributed to the experience that students take away from TalTech. A student is not persuaded by a campaign, they feel the daily atmosphere and share it with others,” she said.

The nationwide survey included nearly 7,000 participants, including university and vocational students as well as working individuals, who assessed employers both by reputation and attractiveness of job offerings.
