Taltech eID Competence Center is a new initiative and will be established by Taltech School of IT, Taltech Department of Software Science and the Taltech National Professorship of Information Society Technology. The Taltech eID Competence Center brings together leading eID experts from academia, the public sector and industry to bundle efforts in investigating current eID trends and eID initiatives. The competence center builds on the proven eID know-how of Estonian stakeholders and leading edge digital assets of what is known as e-Estonia and partners with eID researchers and eID practitioners from all over Europe.
