“Accreditations foster our continuous improvement, and passing the evaluation process proves that we meet demanding international quality criteria. We launched the updated MBA programme in 2020, and it is a pleasure to see ourselves already in the global top league.  We take pride in an eager and diverse group of alumni that have completed the programme, having acquired a world-class education," said Dean Mari Avarmaa. "The Accreditation Committee particularly praised the personal coaching for MBA students, the strong representation of top managers among the teachers, and the successful and enthusiastic Alumni. Many thanks to everyone involved in the accreditation process. We will carry on working together to make our School even better."

AMBA-accredited business schools provide access to an international network with numerous opportunities, e.g., it serves as a good platform for faculty and students to collaborate globally with academics and companies. AMBA membership also means membership in an international college with access to business strategy thought leaders, career guidance, knowledge, and MBA job portals.

Andrew Main Wilson, Chief Executive of the Association of MBAs and Business Graduates Association (BGA) said: “I am extremely happy to welcome The School of Business and Governance at Tallinn University of Technology to the AMBA network – our first accredited school in Estonia and in the Baltic states. This school is one of the leading schools in the region and has a great reputation for being innovative and enterprising – qualities that are very much at the heart of AMBA accreditation and indeed of modern education and leadership in the global business world.”

The list of AMBA-accredited universities includes world-class universities such as Imperial College Business School, London Business School, INSEAD, University College London - School of Management, and HEC Paris. Stockholm Business School, Stockholm University, and Aalto University School of Business have earned the same title in the neighbouring region.

According to Martin Toding, Entrepreneurial Management MBA Programme Director, the AMBA-accredited programme will enhance the graduates’ employability in the eyes of employers by having acquired a world-class business and economic education. "The programme is primarily intended for managers and future top-level managers, so their career opportunities and further professional development will certainly increase," added Toding.

The MBA programme focuses on entrepreneurial management to support the top professionals’ development in becoming managers or developing management competencies in multinational companies. The programme proficiently combines theoretical and practical parts to allow completing it in 1.5 years.
