TalTech Training Day is an ideal opportunity to come and train alone or with friends after a long day of lectures or work. Workouts are for every taste and you can take part in as many workouts as you desire.

19.35-20.00 - Maali Pruul - NTC Speed Up for Summer
20.05-20.30 - Aigi Kõiv - NTC Athletic Core
20.35-21.00 - Kadri-Liis Vahi - NTC Bodyweight Burn
