Estonia’s most prestigious advertising competition, Kuldmuna 2025, was extraordinarily successful for TalTech this year.

We brought home not one but two Golden Eggs and one Bronze Egg!
The nationwide math challenge E-rehkendus, organized in 2024, won the Golden Egg in Public Communication and the Bronze Egg in Social and Responsible Communication. The campaign’s communications partner—and the one who submitted the entry to the competition—was the agency META Advisory. With META a wealth of partners contributed to making the campaign a success: SEB Bank, ERR, the Estonian Association of School Mathematics, and Raven Solutions. The latter was also responsible for developing the E-rehkendus digital platform.
TalTech’s 2024 admissions campaign “I Am the Future” won a Golden Egg in the Design and Craftmanship category for Masterful Animation. The campaign’s creative concept was developed by the design agency TANK, and the animations were created by Mikk Mägi, known for the iconic Vanamees character.
The stars of the campaign were eight TalTech student ambassadors who shared their dreams—ambitions that could only be realized through a TalTech education. For instance: establishing a gold mine in Estonia, developing a personal finance app, building vertical gardens in panel houses, inventing new medicines, bringing more women into engineering, launching an IT company, or sailing around Cape Horn. The campaign produced eight unique and high-quality animated stories, which ultimately won the awards.
“Both projects were incredibly intense and labor-heavy. E-rehkendus was a very intense three-month sprint, while the half-year-long admissions campaign was in development throughout the entire autumn of 2023,” said Kadri Kiigema-Voorel, TalTech’s Head of Strategic Marketing and university-side project manager for both initiatives. “Our goal was never the awards, but rather that the campaign would positively influence prospective students (which it did), and that E-rehkendus would put a vital subject—mathematics—into the national spotlight for a day. That mathematics might really become our second official language,” she added.
“But of course, we’re absolutely thrilled that our work and the contributions of so many people were recognized so highly. It’s inspiring and reaffirms that to get the best results, you need to work with the best. A huge thank you to our marketing team, all colleagues, students, and partners,” she concluded.
