From March 1, students of the School of IT will have the opportunity to contact the dean's office with study questions through the TalTech support portal, where they can log in with UNI-ID (change language).
In the support portal, students can apply for certificates, submit an application for exemption from reimbursement of study expenses, change of name, pay bills in instalments and ask questions about study load, VÕTA, graduation and other study organization topics.
In the applicant's view, the student gets an overview of the submitted queries, their progress and can read questions or comments related to the topic.
All letters sent to students at email@example.com will also reach the support portal. You do not have to log in to the support portal to see the answer to the letter; the answers will also reach you by e-mail.
The implementation of the new system can bring some technical problems; we hope that all users will have an understanding attitude.
