Tallinn will host the 51st International Colloquium on Automata, Languages, and Programming, the 39th Annual Symposium on Logic in Computer Science, and the 9th International Conference on Formal Structures for Computation and Deduction. The conferences will kick off with two intensive workshop days, followed by a week where computer scientists and mathematicians will present their research. Among the 12 keynote speakers is Oxford professor Edith Elkind, who has Estonian roots.

Scientists from around the world will come to Tallinn to showcase their latest discoveries and discuss the future of computer science. According to chief organizer and TalTech professor Pawel Sobocinski, the events are dedicated to presenting the latest research findings in mathematical logic applications and algorithms. "Some highlights include exciting developments in quantum computing and probabilistic programming," he said.

Although TalTech has the honor of being the organizer, the conferences and workshops will take place at Tallinn University. The organizing team is led by professors Pawel Sobocinski and Niccolo Veltri from TalTech. The smooth running of the event is supported by Enterprise Estonia (EAS) and the city of Tallinn.
