Tallinn University of Technology

Researchers at Tallinn University of Technology have been actively working on the CLAIM H2020 project to develop efficient, innovative methods and technologies to prevent the spread of plastic pollution in European waters. Watch the video for more details.

TalTech scientists have developed new water sampling technologies and measurement methods that allow new and surprising data to be found in the already extensively studied Baltic Sea. These technologies and methods can easily be replicated in other countries to get comparable data on the pollution of the world's seas.

Estonian research helps to reach United Nations Global Sustainable Development Goals.

The video was produced in cooperation with the Estonian Research Agency and funded by the European Regional Development Fund and the Estonian Ministry of Science and Education.
