Service description

The operating range of the micro-Raman spectrometer HORIBA LabRAM 800HR is 50 cm-1 - 4000 cm-1. 532 nm and 633 nm lasers can be used for excitation. Usable lenses: 100x, 50x, 50x LWD, 10x. Measurements can be performed in the temperature range of 77 K – 325 K. The device also enables Raman mapping and micro-photoluminescence measurement in the visible part of the spectrum (Si CCD detector).
