Service description

Determination and assessment of material properties is part of MARTE Experimental Tests and Analyses services. Service supporting apparatus: vibration test system IMV A11/EM1HAG, Instron test devices 5969 and E10000 with temperature chamber, climate chambers SaltEvent SC/UKWT 1000 and Memmert ICH750L as well as ultrasonic inspection device Bondmaster 600. Vibration tests. Measuring and evaluating the thickness of composite material paint layers. Temperature measurement with an infrared thermometer. Hardness testing, hardness evaluation. Measuring material moisture. Determining: - defects and damages in sandwich composites by using ultrasound, - tensile strength of materials, - torsional strength of materials, - compressive strength of materials. Precision weighing, measuring, density determination. Material surface microscopic studies.
