WD-XRF (wavelength-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry) is a non-destructive method to measure chemical composition of solids and liquids. Typical applications of XRF are environmental studies, metallurgy, soil surveys, petroleum industry, geology, analyses of ash and sediments from boilers, etc. Chemical components: SiO2, TiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, MnO, MgO, CaO, Na2O, K2O, P2O5.
