Service description

The main task of the laboratory is to crush materials (including materials which are difficult to treat, such as plate of hardmetals, hard plastics, metallic wastes etc.) and to produce a powder of determined particle size (within the range of 2.8mm - 5μm). Productivity: from 1kg up to 1000kg. Disintegrator milling can be combined with other technological process, such as: mixing, homogenization, cleaning, drying, increasing of speed of realization of a chemical change at interplay among themselves by mechanically activated powders, liquids and gases in different combinations, treating multi-component materials with size reduction of one component mainly and leaving the other components as intact as possible (selective grinding), extracting valuable components from industrial wastes, etc.
