Experiments carried out on solid fuels, combustion residues and boiler sediments to determine its chemical composition: - Content of basic elements (Si, Ca, Al, Fe, Mg, K, Na, Cl) - Determination of different sulfur components – sulfates, sulfides and total content of sulfur - Determination of sulfur by Eschka method - Determination of C, H, N, S with elemental analyzer - Determination of anions by ion chromatography - Determination of ash melting behavior - Determination of free CaO - Determination of pH Laboratory in Department of Energy Technology is accredited and has competence in fuel analyses, thermal engineering and conducting air emission measurements.
