Estonian National Scholarship for Students (Grad/PhD only)

This scholarship can be applied for by foreign students who wish to study at Estonian higher education institution as degree or exchange student. The scholarship is administered by The Education and Youth Board. 

At the master's and doctoral level, studies are supported in all fields. At the first level of higher education (BA), scholarships can be applied for only in fields related to Estonian language and culture. On doctoral level, students with active junior researcher employment contract with the Estonian HEI, are not eligible for the scholarship.

Applications will be accepted from students from countries who have citizenship of the countries listed on the Ministry's website (see link below).
