Estonian National Scholarship for Students
The scholarship supports international students in their studies at the Estonian higher education institutions in Estonia in formal degree studies or as an exchange student. The scholarship is administered by The Education and Youth Board. Students who receive any other European grant cannot use this Estonian National Scholarship at the same time.
The scholarship supports Master's studies in all fields.
Applications will be accepted from students whose citizenship is of one of the countries listed:

Scholarship amount
The rate of the scholarship for Master's studies is 350 euros per month; other costs are not covered.
Period and conditions
Degree students are paid a scholarship for 12 months of the academic year; last nominal academic year for 10 months. In order to continue paying the scholarship, 75% of the volume to be completed according to the curriculum (cumulatively) must be completed in order to continue paying the scholarship. Scholarship is assigned for one academic year.
Exchange students are paid a scholarship during the study period in Estonia according to the dates approved by the host higher education institution. The scholarship can be applied for up to ten months. The scholarship is paid for exchange studies lasting at least 30 days.
Application procedure and deadlines
The application period for 2024 is August 01 - September 01.

- application form containing a motivation letter
- copy of passport or ID-card
- a copy of the confirmation letter of the higher education institution regarding admissions.
