TalTech Professionals Union
TalTech Professionals Union is an independent, self-initiated, and freewill based union, which acts for improvement of competition situation of TTU in Estonia, and internationally and is focused on actions to improve the working conditions and work interests of members with the aims of representing and protecting of their rights.
Collective Agreement 01.01.2022-31.12.2023, accessible for employed TalTech persons (updated, January 2022).
The contract is registered in the database of the Ministry of Social Affairs.

The Academic Union of Tallinn University of Technology (TTU) is a member of the Union of academic unions of Estonian Higher Education, Scientific and Development Institutions UNIVERSITAS and through it also the member of international organizations like:
- Since 1992 the member of world teacher’s organization Education International (EI) being also the grounding member of this organization with about 30 million members from 400 organizations in 170 countries. EI unites all level teachers including university teachers and researchers.
- European Trade Union Committee for Education (ETUCE) is grounded in 1977 and represent 12.8 million members in 135 organizations in 45 countries, including 27 European countries. ETUCE is the partner on European level and protects the teachers interests in European Commission
