The Fulbright Scholar Program in Estonia offers research grants in all fields, except for medical studies. These are grants for Estonian scholars and researchers to conduct research at universities or special libraries/collections in the United States.
Fulbright Specialist Program for Estonian Academic Institutions
The Fulbright Specialist Program in Estonia is a competition program for Estonian host institutions and can provide up to three specialists per year for Estonian audiences for education-focused projects.
Fulbright-Schuman Program for EU Citizens
The Fulbright-Schuman Program, administered by the Commission for Educational Exchange between the United States and Belgium, is jointly financed by the U.S. State Department and the Directorate-General for Education and Culture of the European Commission. The program funds graduate and post-graduate study, research, and lecture proposals in the field of US-EU relations, EU policy, or EU institutions for interested American and EU citizens.
Hubert Humphrey Fellowship Program
This ten-month Fellowship program is offered to mid-career professionals who have a proven track record of leadership, a public service commitment, and the capacity to take full advantage of a self defined program of independent non degree study at a leading U.S. university.
SUSI program for Scholars
Study of the U.S. Institutes for Scholars are intensive post-graduate level academic programs with integrated study tours whose purpose is to provide foreign university faculty and other scholars the opportunity to deepen their understanding of U.S. society, culture, values, and institutions.
Valle Scholarship
The Valle Scholarship Program offers outstanding opportunities for graduate students from Scandinavian countries (including the Baltic Countries) to study at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering or in the College of Built Environments departments including Architecture, Urban Design and Planning, Landscape Architecture and Construction Management. The Valle Scholarship pays tuition, round trip travel and a monthly stipend of for 9 or 12 months.

The Knight-Hennessy Scholars program develops a multidisciplinary community of future global leaders. The education of Knight-Hennessy Scholars is fully funded for any graduate degree at Stanford.
BAFF Professional Internship Program
The BAFF Professional Internship Program scholarship is all-inclusive, and scholarship recipients receive up to $30,000 for six-month or yearlong internships in the U.S.

The Baltic-American Dialogue program fosters the exchange of ideas between the Baltic States and U.S. and stimulates international collaboration.
BAFF Security Exchange
The Program will facilitate the exchange of critical knowledge and establish useful contacts between Baltic and U.S. security experts and make other tangible contributions in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania aimed at advancing resilient and stable societies. BAFF security support may address political and traditional defense interests, border security, cyber security, dissemination of information, and other related engagements deemed appropriate by the Board.
TOEFL iBT® Athletic Excellence Grant (AEG) Program
The project will support student-athletes within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa who are on a journey to realize their athletic and academic potential by rewarding a total of FIVE student-athletes with a €5,000 grant for each recipient.
