Evelin Heiberg, Sustainability Manager of Orkla Eesti is responsible for ensuring that sustainability is integrated into all the activities and is an integral part of business decisions in the company. She is food technologist by education and has been working in the company for 20 years, most of it as a Product Development Manager for confectionery products under Kalev brand. When Orkla Eesti decided to allocate more resources into sustainability in the beginning of 2022, Evelin was inspired to step into a new role.

Lecture will cover the focus areas in Sustainability for Orkla Eesti and how they are dealt with.
